Marcelo Bielsa’s reign started with a bang as Leeds United ran title favourites Stoke City off the park to record a 3-1 win on the opening day of the 2018/19 season.

A new feature The Scratching Shed is experimenting with is a ‘rate the players’ feature, which will be added to the bottom of future match reports and likely posted in a standalone post like this later in the week.

Simply select your rating for each player from the dropdown boxes and click submit. This will average out ratings from everyone who submits to give an overall view of who fans think performed well and who was man of the match (highlighted with a star)
