Whites fan creates extended (and PC) version of Pontus Jansson song TSS January 16, 2017 Leeds United 4 Comments (Magic) hats off to Whites’ fan David Dean who’s created an extended and fully suitable for work version of the Pontus Jansson chant. The acoustic song also name-checks a couple of other Leeds United players, including Pablo Hernandez and Noel Whelan. Jansson, who is currently serving a two-match ban after picking up 10 yellow cards, has been a hit with Leeds United fans since arriving on-loan early in the season. His performances have been a big contributing factor to Leeds’ impressive form and it’s hoped he’ll be signed up permanently after a buy-out clause comes into effect following one more appearance. Grumpy Good idea – but there would probably be a financial copyright outlay or at least official permission needed to use the music as it is originally ‘My old man’s a dustman’. (Although many fans won’t have heard or remember that). Curtis Abbott I ma not so young I haven’t heard that song but completely didn’t recognise it until you said! Judy I enjoyed that! and no swearing either!
