Clint HillNeil Warnock looks set to continue his recruitment of former players with a move for Clint Hill being reported by Sky Sports.

34 year old Hill has being a regular under Harry Redknapp, but the Queen’s Park Rangers manager is willing to listen to offers since the full-back has only six months remaining on his contract and isn’t getting any younger.

If Neil Warnock’s approach is successful, it’ll be the third time the Leeds United manager has signed Clint Hill in the last five years. After first joining Warnock at Crystal Palace for an undisclosed fee in 2008, Hill later followed Warnock to QPR on a free transfer in 2010.

Hill’s age means he comes with a wealth of experience. Since turning professional in 1997, Hill has made almost 500 appearances, the majority of which have been in the second tier.

Elsewhere, Zac Thompson has extended his loan spell with Bury until the end of the season while Glasgow Celtic have denied reports that they’re preparing a bid for Tom Lees.
