Beckford got a good reaction from the fans, BEFORE he scored two, (could have had a couple more with a bit of luck)and looked lively throughout.
However I thought Kisnorbo was an absolute rock, and for me he’s Grayson’s best signing.Never gives an inch,straight in for every header and tackle and keeps it simple. He knows when to put it in the stand and when to play a bit.
I thought in the end we could have had four or five, they’d given up for the last ten minutes. Still shouldn’t be greedy, a win is a win and three more points.

I don’t want anything from my striker other than for him to hit the back of the net with some degree of regularity. Beckford has done this and continues to do so.

In return he deserves all of our full support.

I think you expect too much. He’s a striker. Strikers are paid to score and that’s what he did. Job done.

We all said we had to ‘go back to basics’ after McAllister left, well, as a striker, Beckford does the basics. He scores the goals.
